When integrated with vacuum-jacketed liquid nitrogen pipelines, these separators prevent gaseous nitrogen—formed due to evaporation within the pipeline—from reaching the end-use point. The liquid nitrogen collected in the separator’s reservoir is directly delivered to the application, while the evaporated gas accumulates at the top and is automatically vented.
This process guarantees a continuous supply of pure liquid nitrogen at the usage point, ensuring your systems operate more efficiently and consistently.
